Trow Inspection Service is a locally owned company created by owner/inspector Bob Trow. We are dedicated to providing high quality inspection services. We have no ties with any other business and do not perform any repair work. Our inspections provide a completely honest and objective opinion about the condition of the property. The majority of our business comes from past client referrals. The Realtors who refer their clients to us know the report will be objective and responsible.

Personal Attention

Every home is unique and so are the needs of our home buyers. Whether an investment property, first time home buyer, foreclosure, condo, older home or new construction, our inspection will provide you peace of mind. You are encouraged to attend the inspection so you have a thorough understanding of your investment. Bring a pad & pen to jot down all the helpful information and maintenance suggestions your friendly inspector will share with you. You will find your inspection very thorough. Your inspection will never be rushed- it will simply take as long as needed (tip: pack a lunch!). Our "guided tour" style will address all your questions and concerns.

Qualifications and Credentials

Home inspection in Georgia is a totally unregulated business. No license (beyond a business license) or certification is needed. There are plenty of "professional organizations" ready to offer a certification or membership. This can make choosing a home inspector confusing to a home buyer.

A home inspector's best training comes from field experience. Before becoming a full time home inspector in 1999, Bob Trow owned a remodeling company, built homes for a national homebuilder and a custom home builder, accumulating over 20 years of hands-on experience. Trow Inspection Service has been providing the highest quality property inspections since 1999.

Our knowledge base is kept current by attending local and national seminars/continuing education programming.
