Trow Inspection Service is a small, locally owned company dedicated to providing high quality inspection services. We have no ties with any other business and do not perform any repair work. Our inspections provide a completely honest and objective opinion about the condition of the property. The majority of our business comes from past client referrals. The Realtors who refer their clients to us know the report will be fair, objective and responsible.

Whether an investment property, first time home buyer, foreclosure, older home or new home, our inspection will provide you peace of mind. You are encouraged to attend the inspection so you have a thorough understanding of your investment. You will find your inspection very thorough. Our guided tour style will address all your questions and concerns.
Qualifications and Credentials
Home inspection in Georgia is a totally unregulated business. No license (beyond a business license) or certification is needed. There are plenty of "professional organizations" ready to offer a certification or membership. This can make choosing a home inspector confusing to a home buyer.
A home inspectors best training comes from field experience.Before becoming a full time home inspector in 2001, Bob Trow owned a remodeling company, built homes for a national homebuilder and a custom home builder, accumulating over 20 years of hands-on experience.
